Very happy with the customer service I received from Michael over the phone/email. Very professional, prompt and courteous and the flexibility of switching us over to an hourly rate was very helpful. I had a very positive experience using TWO MEN AND A TRUCK as my first professional move. The two gentlemen who assisted with loading the truck and physically moving me were fantastic.
I rated my experience as a 4/5 star due to the fact that an item was broken (not a really big deal, it's still functional,) and a finial was lost or left in the truck for a $500 lamp. I'd still recommend them.

Great service. I really enjoyed the moving team. I hope they get credit for their good work. The method they used to move the heavy items was really efficient and got the job done in record time.

Many thanks to Jake, Natasha, Zach, and Jacob for a wonderful moving experience. Jake answered all my questions while I was evaluating movers. Natasha checked in on me the day before, day of, and day after my move. Zach and Jacob did a great job loading and unloading my stuff. Great service for a fair price.
