My onsite team were diligent to wrap and take care of my furnishings as well as walls and floors. Other than a couple minor bumps, the move went perfectly. They worked constantly, with no breaks for 6 hours! Very polite and friendly.

The movers left me with all of the drawers that go in my bed on the floor. I couldn’t even get them back in. They left trash inside my apartment, boxes to the side of the elevator that I had to pick up after they left. They had balls of Shrink wrap on the first floor that I had to pick up. One guy was on the phone every five minutes texting or reading his texts. My TV was still in the box
