The office team was very communicative - couldn't have asked for better communication. And my moving team were HILARIOUS - they had great attitudes and managed to entertain me while they wrapped/moved my belongings. They were all respectful and also brought a great energy to a pretty stressful day. Will definitely be using TMaaT in the future.

Movers broke a mug, a leg on my dryer, put a small hole in my desk, I am missing my piano and a vacuum power cable. My move was scheduled as a move only when I asked for a full service move. The movers took frequent breaks, and 3/5 stopped working when the other 2 showed up. The boxes were packed inefficiently and unorganized. My bed was put back together wrong.

No one is perfect and a drill press was damaged during transit but they took it back to shop for repair. Remarkable!

This was a really nice move I can say! From the 1st interaction receiving a quote by phone I felt I’d made a good choice. The staff was very professional, accommodating and able to answer all of my questions. The day of the move they arrived promptly and started moving my items with care. They were quick and organized until the end. I appreciate the service and overall customer experience.
