Our move went extremely well! The moving team was just terrific! They were courteous, on time, quick and very professional. They moved every item and a few a couple of times to make sure we liked the new layout. Hopefully we won't need to move again anytime soon but if we do we'll be calling Two Men and a Truck!

Have used this company before and they were fantastic. However. This time, the service was horrific. 3 guys showed up, on time. Which was great. Only 1 of the 3 was willing to work. 2 said they were injured and couldn’t lift. And it seemed like there was a lot of “on the job” training that made the process significantly longer. And when you pay by the hour, that matters!

Moved from 10x20 storage unit to 10x10. Staff was careless with my furniture that I paid to store past 3 years and saw my china cabinet in the gravel being tilted in the dirt…probably roughed up. Items I specifically said not to move were moved, 3 incompetent people were sent to me for “training” and I did not appreciate for such a small move, not well trained!!

The movers were on time but the project was a little larger than originally anticipated so they brought in some help and knocked it out. Everyone was very professional. I have had a bad experience with a competing company so it was refreshing to have excellent service. I will definitely call Two Men and Truck again for our next move.
