I loved the team onsite. Sadly on Eid the guys got injured during my move which cost me an extra hour of work s one mover was working on his own until the second mover arrived. I would have appreciated if the office team would have took this into consideration since they charge by the hour. Budgeted for 5 hours yet I got charged for 6.5.

Your moving team was world class. They were on time, efficient, took great care with my belongings, were pleasant to talk to, clean professional apprearance. I will definitely use the moving service the next time I move.
The one criticism I have is with the packing team. The boxes were rather poorly packed and the packers left many items unpacked so we had to scramble to pack them ourselves.

Hannah at the Bentonville office was absolutely amazing! She worked with me concerning some unforseen changes that I had to make and was so efficient and explained things clearly. She also checked in to make sure the moving team showed up on the morning of my move.
Jayden, Josh and DaVaughn were my moving team. They showed up on time and had me moved in less time than was expected.

Isaac and Trotter were really professional and went above and beyond to make the move a smooth as possible. They went for 8 hours straight without stopping to get the job done.
