I’ve used your company twice: first when my mother needed some of her furniture moved to her new assisted living home and later to move out the rest of her furniture. The first time your company worked me into the schedule on very short notice so I could have mom’s room furnished before she moved in. The second time you were able to move her things the next day! Your flexibility with your schedule was fantastic and a lifesaver to me!!

We purposely scheduled the first time-slot of the day, so that we would know that you would be there at 8:00. In fact this was a point that was clarified by your staff when scheduling the move and during follow-up phone calls. However, on the day of the move, when the team had not arrived by 8:00, I was told they were scheduled for a window between 8:00-9:00. I made it clear that this was not what was agreed upon and that it was impacting other scheduled activities. The team did not arrive until shortly after 9:00. While the move was completed in an acceptable manner, the complete disregard for my time means I will not be contracting with you in the future. I'll find another company who respects my time, as well as my property.

We have used the same team 3 times and they do a great job. We would highly recommend them

The three men worked very hard and fast on a very hot day. They had trouble getting a large sofa to fit downstairs and they had to bring it back up. I figured I would have to sell it. Nope, one of the guys put some brainpower to work and started over with another plan. This time it worked perfect.

Robert and Luther did an amazingly quick and safe move of my belongings and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks.

The Sales Rep, Tassy, was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. She was great at setting the schedule based on what worked best for me and followed up to ensure everything was on track. The guys who moved us were great. They took great care of our belongings and were very respectful. I would recommend them and will use them again in the future if needed.
