The gentlemen were cool. They arrived late. I had to call the office to find out what was going on. It would’ve been nice if they picked up more smaller items. Had to make 3 more trips in my vehicle.

Every thing went well until the end of the move out. I filled out the list from you and at the end they couldn’t move my rug and a TV. The 12 boxes I .originally had on the list didn’t need to be moved so there should of been enough room or a bigger truck should of been supplied. My husband had to run back and forth to get these items so my front room could be put together and my TV hooked up by cable that afternoon. The movers did put in extra effort to ge a couch down stairs in the new place but it didn’t work. Overall happy with the move but was not happy about us having to deal with items that wouldn’t fit in the truck.

Movers were on time and very friendly. Took care of all my needs.

My office contact, Tassy, was a joy to work with. Very impressed with follow up. Moving my mother to a nursing home is not fun but two men and a truck made that part of it easy! Thanks

I needed help for moving my furniture and a few bigger pieces. The guys handled everything with such great care no matter if it was second hand couch or a delicate antique China cabinet. They were prompt in starting on time , and worked continually to get the move done is less time than expected. The guys were great to work with . I would highly recommend them.

Everything about our move went so smoothly except for one thing. I did not understand that my movers wouldn't be able to move my exercise equipment if it wasn't taken apart. It wasn't really anyone's fault just a misunderstanding but I think it would help to hear explicitly that the equipment must be dismantled, not just that they aren't going to dismantle it. The issue was compounded by the fact that we thought our equipment came in whole, probably due to some sort of tech magic, and honest lack of knowledge. We now have had to schedule service from specialists to dismantle and move the equipment, at extra expense of course.
