The crew was great. They saw the mortal combat arcade system and was saying how they used to play so they each played against my son who beat all of but one. The last one he let win guess he felt bad. But it was nice everyone was smiling and laughing and having a great time. So thank you for that. They also explained when they were taking long what was happening and always kept us informed the whole time. When we saw glass broke on curio cabinet. They were genuinely concerned and gave me the info I needed to make a claim and get it fixed. So thank you for going above and beyond. You guys are awesome

Jose was great on the move. He had a new guy on his team. Took the time to train him but still moved quickly. But overall it did slow down loading. He handled the situation well, communicating with me and honored the quote. A wall was damaged during the move but prompt attention was given to repair it.

Gino, Greg and Josh all did an excellent job from start to finish with every aspect of the move. They explained every detail of what they were doing. They asked for our needs on everything from loading to placement on unloading. Very professional and courteous. We would be glad to work with them any time.

team was very young and seemed inexperienced. They were late and ignored my instructions regarding the order that things needed to be unloaded at the destination. This caused rework at the destination which added time to the move. Further, they broke two pieces of furniture. I sent an email claim but have not heard back (in all fairness was New Years Eve when I sent it so a didn't expect a reply yet).

Jennifer and Joe were downright amazing! Fast, friendly, efficient, and so accommodating.
