Customer service is awesome. The office continually checked in, and the movers were attentive and careful. All around very happy customer here!

The communication streams were excellent. The team arrived as planned and worked quickly and efficiently during the move. One small problem with chipping a wall was quickly resolved without argument or prolonged discussion.

I saw no damage to any of the furniture or packed boxes during the unloading.

During the move I was called to verify if I was satisfied with the job so far. Stop that- wait until after the move to call. If anyone is not satisfied I'm sure they will say something right then and thier or call you to let you know. It's counterproductive and irritating if you ask me.

The three movers that came out to help me where excellent and very friendly. They did a wonderful job. I would certainly call them again.

The team was friendly and very careful with handling my items. They also took special care to protect the house against damage as they moved things in and out. I will recommend your company to anyone needing a move and I thanked my friend who gave me the recommendation.

All three workers were just great. Because Johnson Furniture had given the wrong phone number and location of warehouse for pick-up, we all had to figure it out on our own and your workers were very cooperative about the whole situation.

My moving team was efficient, respectful, accommodating and easy to work with. Respectful and accommodating are very important attributes in employees that moved me. I would give them all 10's if possible.

I made note in my belongings that I had a treadmill which needed to be moved. Not once was it mentioned that this might be an issue until the move team got to the house & said it was too big for them to move & they don’t disassemble them. This left me without a way to have it removed from the premises. That was the only part that was disappointing & added undue stress.
