I was frankly surprised at the reckoning of cost. The move itself took 35 minutes, but I was charged for 2 hours, because of travel to and from HQ, which the two men said was 15-2o minutes away... nonetheless they did a great job.

My delivery team handled the moving of two storage units full of my household goods with care and respect.

I needed to have an upright piano moved, and found the company I used the last time had gone out of business. The office staff was helpful in finding out if Two Men could move this large piano. The availability of a crew was OUTSTANDING. The crew that moved the piano were EXCELLENT. They communicated well to each other during the move to ensure this family piano that is over 100 years old was safely and efficiently moved. I will call upon your company again should I need help with a move in the future!!! Thank you.

Though there were a few issues the overall expieraince was good. I would change 2 things in terms of communication. I wish I was informed beforehand that only a 3 bedroom size house can fit into a truck and that I would have gotten a in person estimate of our belongings asi wasn’t sure how to estimate that.

The Office Staff member that I worked with was very helpful. Our situation was changed a few times and they had no problem accommodating our changes. The Morning of our move started out a bit rocky. Our Movers did not show up between the scheduled time frame. After 20 minutes past our start time I called the office to make sure nothing happened. I was told the men had a late start to the day and when to expect them. We did however receive a discount for the inconvenience. The movers did not have a very personable attitude when they first started, but by the end of the move they had warmed up to be acceptable. They did however damage my Mattress that I have only had for five months. At first we thought it was just the cover, however we have learned it's the mattress as well. Still waiting.

The two men that helped us were EXCELLENT!! Hard workers with a Great attitude!!
