I hired two men and a truck to move a bedroom set that I had purchased from a private party. Two men and a Truck did move the mattress and box spring and double dresser but were unable to figure out how to move the headboard and footboard from the second floor bedroom to their truck. The owner offered to remove the bedroom window which opened to a roof over the front porch but the movers did not pursue this option. The movers continued to spend more time trying to figure out how to take headboard and footboard down the stairs, an avenue that was clearly too small. I did not sign off on the order because the job was not completed as we were left to pursue other options at our expense for removing the bed. I entered a complaint with their office but did not get a satisfactory reply.

We apologize for the miscommunication when it came to pursuing other options. The mover said the window option was never mentioned, and we could have looked into other options on your behalf. For that we apologize. We are glad to hear that you were able to work it out with your landlord to get it out the window.</div>

My step son used to work for Two Men & a Truck. I talked with people at work and other friends and they had a good experience with them. I would like to use the company again when I find my next place to live and will need their help moving from storage to the residence in 2019. Chris, Steve, and Daryl were excellent. They handled every thing gently and I would like to apologize to them as I had forgotten their tip. They deserved it and I do not care whether that is not part of your policy to hear about. I would like them to know. I will keep in touch. Happy New Year!

The two and one apprentice were very efficient. They left my house and went to their first destination, and unload the furniture in a very timely manner and in good condition!!

VJ, Slimm, Fred, Desi and Jalen were an awesome team. They were so personable and caring with our belongings and set up in our new house. Even though it was a 10 hour day, they had a great attitude and teamwork throughout. I would highly recommend this crew and Two Men and a Truck to others. TY
