Chantell in the office was not helpful, not friendly, offered no guidance, advice or solutions. The movers carried large pieces upside down, dropped & broke our items and were not prepared (with water or food on a hot day). There were 3 people, no leader, no communication or organization, did not wait for each other to carry tough items. I stepped in to help them. I am not happy.

The office team was able to arrange movers to come to my house same-day to help move a treadmill. Anthony, Lamont and Slemn (sp?) were friendly, efficient and professional.

The 3 guys who helped us move from a small multi-level house to a ranch were great. They were pleasant & efficient in their work & everything was done within the quoted time. There was some slight damage to a couple items, but nothing major. They were cautious with items & thoughtful when asking where to put them.
