I made an appointment for a Saturday and it was rescheduled because an employee had an emergency. I understand the emergency and sympathize with the individual who was hurt. However, your policy should give some type of compensation when it is the company at fault regardless of the situation. I missed work (which is money out of my pocket).

My moving ream really did a super job, start to finish. Excellent service!

Jerod and Andrew did an amazing job. They worked hard. They were efficient. They were professional and polite. The took care to take care of our furniture to protect it during the move. I would highly recommend them. The office staff that helped set and confirm my moving details were also top notch. I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck to others.

Movers were scheduled to arrive betweeen 1:30-3:30. We needed move completed by 7:00 PM because the assisited living facility closes at 7:00. The movers didn't arrive until 5:15, and we didn't arrive at the facility until 7:30.
Because of Covid, movers were required to answer a covid questionnaire and temp check before entering. One mover refused to answer questions or wear mask. Completed 9:15.

Lexi at the office helped me plan my move. She was wonderful. Chris lead the moving team. Packed me up one day. Moved me in the next. The elevator nearest our apartment (our new home) broke down just as they guys were starting to unload our heavy furniture. Chris did not make this my problem. By the time I became aware of it, he had found the next closest elevator and was moving furniture in!

Despite an emergency on the moving team side and a 3 hour delay, the office team called regularly to keep me updated on new arrival times. I ended up with an alternative moving team and they were amazing! My concerns, mostly for precious breakables, were heard and addressed. I felt comfortable letting the team move everything. I would hire again for moving and probably packing next time too! :)

Everyone I worked with from over the phone consultation to the movers themselves were wonderful. they were efficient, timely, and friendly. It definitely made an already stressful process seem painless and seamless. would recommend service to anyone needing help with a move.

Everyone, office staff and movers, was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Move was timely and professional. Fragile items were all intact upon delivery.
