We were pleasantly surprised at our experience with Two Men and a Truck. I had heard some not great reviews in the past, but thought it would be fine to use this company to move our daughter out of our home and into her apartment. The team was great!! They were efficient, careful, quick and prompt. I would now use them to move my entire house after our experience. The furniture was wrapped and moved up the steps with care. They also unwrap and discard when placing furniture in it's new location. Very happy with our choice to use Two Men and a Truck.

The young men you sent were polite worked hard and tried to avoid damaging my belongs. However, the needed some additional training on appliances should have had and used appliance shoulder straps on stairs. They didn't measure appliances and door to determine wither our not the entry doors need to be removed (I removed the and replaced the doors myself) and they were not prepared to remove handles. Some additional training would help these young me to preform the job better and faster. The young men you assigned, earned a tip because they worked hard and were professional.

Took. Very good care of all my things very friendly, asked questions, a little expensive which I really don't know why it was 660. $. Maybe you could looks into that for me. We moved almost all the boxes ourselves. I moved from racine country about 3 years ago and was only 400. This time I moved 2 and a half miles and was 660. I was a little surprised at the price. I might nit come back, I'm on ss, and didn't think it would be that much please get back to me on this.thank you.

I was quoted an hour less then what it actually took. I called with my concerned and each person I spoke to had terrible attitudes. I even had to stop one of the people I spoke with to let her know she was being rude and unprofessional and to remind her that she works in customer service and needs to improve her tone and approach. I will never use you guys again. The movers were very nice but the office staff is incredibly rude.
