I appreciated the assistance that Chris and Virgil provided. My only coaching suggestion for improvement is they be taught to stage the move for more efficiency. Both locations had notable areas to stage and that might have improved our time. But in general I'm pleased with their efforts, attitude and assistance during a very stressful event for me. Thank you!

My moving experience with this company was excellent. The movers themselves (actually a woman and a man) were very friendly, knowledgeable and very careful with my possessions. They had a fun banter between them and I could tell they have worked together before and worked well together. The woman that I spoke with initially in the office was not forthcoming with information about taking some furniture apart. Based on information from a friend who recently used this company I called after my appointment was scheduled to make sure the movers had tools with them. I was disappointed that I did not receive a phone call the day of my move to let me know there was a staffing change and my movers would be over an hour late!

Over service was excellent and would refer to others. The only negative comment I have is the arrival time. We were told the truck would arrive between 8 and 9 a.m. and we had everything ready at the earliest time. We did receive a courtesy call to let us know the truck would arrive closer to 9:30. not too serious. still very satisfied.

I am very upset with how Two Men and a Truck handled my move as I was told an hour time range and instead of being timely I waited in the parking lot of the storage facility for 2 1/2 hours for the truck to arrive. This wasted my time and my help that I had waiting for the truck to deliver my storage unit contents. I called Two Men and a Truck several times and I was informed by Rich the Sales Manager that the movers took a long lunch break. This was unacceptable as I was waiting for the movers. I wish that I got a long lunch break and that all of my stuff was unpacked and out of my garage if the movers were there on time. So at this time I would not recommend this company as they showed very poor timeliness.

Chris K and Virgil from West Allis were absolutely fantastic. They worked incredibly well as a team. They did all that we asked with a smile and a go getter attitude. They even did everything they could to get our over sized sectional up a tight set of stairs. I would gladly hire them both again for our next move, they were such a pleasure to work with!
