I chose Excellent in all of the rating questions. If there was a rating level above excellent for my moving team I would have given them that rating. Could not have been more pleased with them and how they handled my move. Absolutely first rate.

The movers were great, very friendly and professional and took care of my items, even though it was only a few items that were moving a very short distance, they did a great job and had a positive attitude. They were running late due to the office rescheduling them. At first the office called and said they would be early, so I was waiting, then about an hour or two later no one showed so I called, and then I was told they were on their way, they arrived within minutes of me calling the office. Overall, they were great!

The entire process from scheduling to completion was excellent. I wanted to thank the crew here by name but seem to have misplaced the paperwork with their names on it. What was already a tense situation, which was made worse by the loss of my mother unexpectedly that morning, was made bearable by the movers, they were friendly, respectful to my property, energetic, and truly cared about the job they were doing.
