We had damage to expensive bedroom furniture and hardwood floor damaged. Now $1700 to resand flooring. 2 Men and a Truck claim repair was inadequate.

The movers were gentlemen and very courteous. They were very careful with all of the furniture (mostly antiques). The company sent two trucks to ensure the antiques did not have to be stacked in transit which we did not request--an added bonus to their service. I would highly recommend the firm to others.

The experience was great from the start. I received a call to schedule minutes after submitting online. They were up front about everything and did their best to help guide me through the move. Everyone I talked to was courteous and helpful. The movers were efficient, friendly, and understanding. Great job to the entire team!

I was very disappointed. First off I was told that there was a location by near me I called that numbe,I wasn’t told that the truck would be sent from West Allis. There is a debate about when they arrived to my door, I say 8:40am. I complained so that can be matched with the time they called in. They clearly came to stick with the est. 8 hours move and take there time. One mover couldn’t do anything without the other which delayed the time. It took them an hr to move a two piece sectional and 2 beds and 2 dressers. After viewing them I asked that they move my large items. I called the office with each concern and complaint until the female staff reminded me of the est. 8 hr move. Then I realized that would be how the justification so I stopped calling. Also the staff , Doug was supportive.

As for the amount of time it took to move the pieces you described above, the movers operate with safety in mind first. factors such as the size of the items, the space allowed for navigating the items, etc. can contribute to a slightly longer move time to ensure the safety of the movers, but most importantly, that the customer's items are not damaged.
