Overall our experience was excellent from the time we called for information to the move itself. The staff was exceptional at the office and our moving team; Thomas, Ken and Sherman were absolutely outstanding! You made our move easy to deal with which is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend your company just as you came highly recommended from many of my friends! Reputation is everything!
My only suggestion would be to make sure the moving crew is sent out with the proper tools. We had a gun safe on our order and the 3 men had a difficult time getting it up the stairs to the point I was concerned about their safety. If they had a motorized dolly with them I believe that would have been much preferred for the safety of your staff.

Extremely efficient and skilled movers. They took great care for my furniture and made sure everything was exactly where I wanted it in my new place. Would highly recommend these movers! The office staff were excellent in arranging the move. I had furniture in multiple relative's homes and they were able to make 2 stops on the way to my new home with absolutely no hesitation or resistance.

We were upset to find out our men had gone to dairy queen to get ice cream while they were on their way to our final destination to unload. This was at 1030 or so in the morning. Then we asked them to move a treadmill in the basement back upstairs and they didnt do it, we asked them again before they left and they said they didnt want to do it. So now we have something we aren't able to move ourselves stuck in the basement, and paid for 30-45 minutes that werent even used to help us.

My furniture is damaged I called the office to complain I was told that I need to leave a massage and the manager will call me back but no one return my calls.
