The problem was with the billing.
When the movers arrived I asked him what time they started they said 8:30 they finished moving everything into my house at 9:20 a.m. and said he would take him 20 minutes to get back to their facility.
That would make it 9:45 a.m. for a finish time which would be an hour and 15 minutes total time for moving,I was charged one hour and thirty minutes
I tried to explain this to customer service but they would not credit me the extra quarter of an hour they charged me for an hour and a half.
I am not satisfied at all with this. becaus of that Two Men and a Truck now have lost a potential move in the future and I would not recommend to anyone else because of a 15 minutes mistake that was made.

<div>Peter, thank you for your feedback. As mentioned during the booking process, and written in your pre-move documents, we bill the final hour in 15 min increments. On the way back to our office, there could have been a number of unknowns that caused the truck to return a few minutes beyond what they estimated to you at your house. We have no control over traffic or weather conditions. We only charge our customers for the time that is actually used - and would never cheat anyone out of time or money. They returned to our office after 9:45, and therefore the time was rounded up to the nearest 15 min increment.</div>
