The office staff explained things well & did not make me feel like I was bothering them. Moving is emotional & friendly, helpful office staff makes a big difference is calming & assuring clients. The workers were friendly & respectful. I really appreciated them asking me on every item "where does this go?". They were calm, too, and that helps! I empathize with your challenges in finding good, dependable workers. You've succeeded!

Chris and Michael (our moving team) did a really spectacular job!

The two men who moved my armoire upstairs were extremely careful. It was large and needed to be carefully maneuvered around tight corners.

We have Jerome and Brian. They were both so great & Brian was such a trooper since he was recovering from being sick. They were efficient and took great care of my property. Took a great weight off my shoulders since I was doing was moving in a few days.

Our movers arrived on time and were friendly, courteous and professional. They had two places to go to before delivery at the final destination and were they ever quick! They got a really heavy big TV to the third floor of the new house without a problem. They were also very tidy. Extremely pleasant, polite, two young men. It ended up costing less than what we expected. Over all a fabulous experience.

Justiss & Grayson were friendly & courteous from the time they arrived until they were finished with the job.
As soon as I showed them what needed to be moved they got right to work. Very efficient young men. They were careful with all of the furniture and careful about the walls & doorways.

Used many times before and have always been satisfied

Very disappointed that no one has responded to my many phone calls. Over charged, damage not only to the property where I moved, but the damage to my couch was extreme. Blood and rips on a brand new couch. Unacceptable. Movers should have realized that they would have problems immediately. Hopefully they do not send these movers out with no experience???? I moved totes while I watched one of the guys stand and do nothing. Seemed like they took their lunch and fizzled out for the rest of the hours that I got charged. 2 hours to move from 1st location, and then an additional 5 hours. Will be going on to the BBB to file a complaint. We'll see if that gets me some answers to how they will proceed to fix the damages and pay for my brand new couch.

Everything was excellent. Movers were very kind and understanding. I have one little problem, which might be my fault. I had 2 storage rooms in the basement which were not touch. Everything was still in each room. I had to move everything out Saturday and Sunday with a help from a friend who had a small truck. It took at least 6 trips to finish the basement. But again, it may my mistake. I thought it was writing down in the work order. Sorry I had to be at 2 closing Friday morning and I didn't get back until 1:00pm. I was hoping to talk to the moving crew before I left at 9:00am, but I was running late and my brother had to be there. But it's ok.. Mostly everything is finally moved now, we ran out of time of Sunday Night. I had to be out of the duplex by 8:00pm. Thank you.
