Chris was excellent in helping resolve a claim where some slight damage happened to a piece of furniture. Excellent customer service. I will use them again.

First the good....the moving staff was very friendly and finished in a timely manner. The office was also helpful with setting up the move.
The bad....the movers did not have any tools with them which is required when I confirmed this with the company. We had to remove a door and luckily I had a hammer that was not packed up already. Lastly, I requested bed covers to be included in my move and apparently the movers forgot these. Luckily it was not raining but our beds were still laying in the truck bed unprotected.
Overall, for the price and timely move I would recommend this company.

Setting up the service was very smooth, the movers worked Ok, one in particular was very close to my questions and needs, very satisfied for this service. What I didn’t like is that a third truck was needed when we were loading, this surprise and extra cost really upset me.

Was able to set up your service for our move as quick as was needed. Most things were furniture & in plastic bins. Others were kitchen dishes & some clothes. I thought the movers would pack these, but they weren't told about it. Fortunately the dishes got donated & we were able to pack most of the clothes. I learned that what the movers are to pack needs to be specifically listed. Other than running late (which staff called to inform us) the move went very well! We were satisfied.

It was a super hot day, my new apartment was 17 steps up, two corner turns...no complaint from the movers....everything brought in with great attitude, nothing dinged or broken...Wonderful 2 guys!

The two men that came to help my husband and me move were great! They were professional and moved very quickly. We had all of our items moved to our new home before noon! It was wonderful not having to beg our family to come help then fearing for my older family members that aren't as strong as they once were helping us move in the past. We were very satisfied with the entire experience especially the honesty of the prices from the beginning.

4 guys & 2 trucks were scheduled after a walk-thru estimate with Jessica. She gave helpful suggestions to prepare for the move. Andrew, Cedric, Terrell ,& Chris arrived on-time & were friendly right off the bat. After quick walk-thru to verify what to move, they got to work moving furniture & boxes to trucks. Move was 2-story house to ranch. They shrink-wrapped furniture as needed. They were strong & great attitude throughout a gradually hotter day. We provided bottles of cold water, cookies, and provided subs for lunch; to keep their energy up (it was hot). Under 7.5 hours to load trucks, transport 8 miles, & unload trucks. Faster than the estimate. They did a great job. I'm 66 years old, it was money well spent.
