Chris and Tremaine were very conscientious. They were organized and easy to work with. They did not waste time. They managed the stairs in the new home and dealt with moving our belongings from a locked condo building. I don't want to move ever again but would gladly have them do the move if it ever happened again (which it won't).
I do have 2 of the quilts that covered furniture that remained behind. Will need them returned to you.

Chris and Terrence (my movers) did a great job and had an awesome friendly attitude! My elevator broke on the move-in and they were trapped inside, but they took it in stride! Would definitely recommend. Made the move really easy!

Movers didn’t have tools to take apart bed frames or dining room hutch. Asked me if I had tools. If I didn’t have the tools it would have been a problem. Moving team should have a basic tool box. Movers told me about Senior discount, office never did. And I didn’t receive the senior discount. I had unused boxes and told the moving crew. Forgot to take them and then said “maybe you can use them next time”. Office never responded to my emails about discount or credit for unused boxes. Moving team did a great job , but again, without my tools and me using them we would have had a problem. For a local move, this was OK. Lots of email before the move. Not many answers after. Overall on 1-10 scale I would give you a 7. Young guys on the crew were nice and respectful and worked hard and fast.
