I want to have refund on the service. They took too long because they are not the expert in disassemble and too so much much. The rate is very professional rate but the staff's knowledge is real below standard comparing to other company. I need to have the review of the works and get refunds on the unnecessary hours. Took too much time.

Movers were very friendly and helpful but not very speedy which caused the move to last longer for only the few items I had to move. They were somewhat careful with my things but some damaged was done to a new mattress set due to not being put into any protection just laid on the trucks floor. Very dissatisfied with that and couple of other things too. But overall the 2 guys were courteous and easy to work with.
