Gave walk through, asking to wrap a couple pieces with drawers - two of which (unwrapped) are damaged (2 broken drawer fronts), along with some dings. Movers being separated, one on truck, one in lobby, one upstairs on 3rd floor didn’t witness the one causing damage, but I did. Lead mover denied all. 2 of the 3 movers ran out of gas and moving slowly throughout the 2nd half. Without instruction, little coordination with no lead. A quoted 4-5 hour move took 7 hours. I was unloading boxes from the truck into the lobby throughout the move. One, not sending elevator back down until all items were in the apartment. I had to step in and direct to unload in hall way and send it back down. This crew was sloppy and slow “moving” & scuffing hallways. 3rd time using you & not a good experience.

My f furnishings and one of the doors at my new home have scratches and other minor damage that did not exist prior to the move. I have used the services of Two Men and a Truck in the past and I had issues. I gave Two Men and a Truck another chance. I won't use Two Men and a Truck again.

My dresser was damaged, a few other items scratched along with my door frame ruined and a wall was scratched.

Arther, the head mover was great and his rating is far superior of the other movers. The damaged a corner in my hallway to which he promptly apologized and did an incident report. When he let the other movers know what had happened, they began to argue and point fingers at who’s fault it was which was extremely uncomfortable. If everyone had been like Arther there would be no problem, but that was not the case

1. You guys intentionally wasted so much time to increase the rate.
2. You guys say it would be done within 2 hours easily but to only charge me extra for going over 2 hours.
3. You guys lost my mirror

Never going to use this company again. Disgusted by the attitude and cunning behavior

Worked quickly. Dinged the walls up a little bit on the move into the new place, which is kind of annoying. At this point, my biggest complaint is that after contacting the company with regards to some damaged items and all the marks on the walls, I haven't really had any resolution on this topic.

All was good except a curio was damaged the glass was broken due to the movers wrapping and where it was placed. An incident report was done and pictures taken of the damaged item and I was told it would be fixed. It was my mother and fathers. I sent 2 emails and also called and I have yet to here back from anyone. I was told by the movers someone would pick it up a pay to have it fixed.

They left many items/ boxes on porch and said didn’t have room
In truck but there was a second truck there ! Also didn’t take comforter/blanket which was on top of chest on chest ; too much left behind ! Not sure if Mgr asked questions otherwise worked efficiently but I’m missing a brand new bottle of brandy and was in cabinet that was moved ! I had to go to new apt to get key when they came but my daughter in law directed them and knew what was to be moved but my ironing board isn’t here or my sewing machine ! I couldn’t go upstairs to check before they left due to my health but questions weren’t asked ! They got lost -15 minutes late to new apt and address was given but never called me ! They took 2 chairs that weren’t suppose to be taken so had to go back to house after? Charges CjF

Our move was on one of the hottest days of the year but your staff remained friendly and courtious. A mirror in my curio cabinet cracked but your movers quickly made note and advised it would he taken care of. One thing, this email was directed to "Gabriel"... I'm not Gabriel!

Movers were constantly on their cell phones--while one worked in the truck the other two would stand around and play with their phones, we had plenty of stuff to still move out of the house! Also, they broke both mirrors from my wife's and daughter's dressers. Several times they handled our property in a rough manner; dragging and pushing items that should be carried--stratched and chipped furniture proves it. Will note the company did replace our mirrors but charged us the time for the movers to move the glass off their truck, all in all an extra hour of time added on due to the movers working on glass clean up off their truck, but then threw it in the flower bed, and driveway for me to clean up and dispose of- I'm in the middle of moving and I had to deal with a large box of broken glass
