I appreciated the reminding phone call about 30 minutes before they arrived and, since I did not go with them to storage, the follow-up phone call they sent when finished. The team dealt graciously with the rather chaotic situation in my apartment and did an excellent job.

Malcolm and Max were so friendly and professional. They worked quickly and took great care of our belongings. When it came time to unload, they made sure everything ended up exactly where we wanted it. This is the first time we've hired movers, and now I think we can't go back to doing it all ourselves! What normally would have been a long, stressful, and tiring day was made so much more smooth and manageable because of them.

Everyone we dealt with was polite and prompt. The moving team did everything we asked and made good suggestions. The team tried several times and succeeded with one especially difficult item. There was no damage to the moved items or to the house.

From the initial contact with Crystal, the response was very professional, friendly, and timely. I appreciated the follow up and confirmation calls from the office, as well as the call when the driver was leaving. They were right on time. Even when the home owner challenged Malcolm and Adrian to have "booties" for their boots when removing the pieces from their home, they remained calm and professional. Brett, Louis, and Brady were great! They really busted their butts to get me moved and I couldn't believe how fast they got the move done. In addition, they are really nice guys who obviously care a great deal about their customers. Bravo!
