Jose, Javier, and Rey are simply the best.l!! They were the most polite, kind, courteous, and efficient people I have ever dealt with in any type of service organization. The professionalism and care they showed me was over the top. You're company should be proud to have them as employees. I would recommend your company to anyone at any time!!!

I did have a good service with two men and a truck however, in the end I do feel over charged. I received a call at 7:45am (exactly) that the two men were on their way. It was a little frustrating because they parked on the condo side of the apartments, which is not my address, so then needed to take the extra time to move the truck again before they could start moving. We were finished moving by 11:15am. I looked at the drive time from my new apartment to the two men and a truck location on Kipp Street and it is 17 minutes but I was billed until 12:00pm!
The two men that assisted with my move were kind and helpful but I definitely feel over billed for the service.

I was mildly disappointed when they couldn’t make it here within the promised arrival time, but was impressed by the efforts of the office to rectify the situation. Although they arrived later than originally promised, the team was quick and efficient, getting the job done within my timeline. Brett and Kyle were polite and professional, I would definitely request them again.

Damaged furniture and house. One of the movers was unable to lift heavy items. It was his first day and he was slow which cost me more money.

My moving team was top-notch! They were always positive and reassuring. They took away a lot of the stress I had from having to move. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to make sure their move is done quickly, efficiently, and correctly, and as stress-free as possible.
