I was most disappointed in that the guys could not get everything on the truck. The end of Friday left us with a lot of things not moved. Nothing was ever said about this until they were two thirds loaded. When I asked them about this and if it often and why they didn't bring a bigger truck they said this is the only size truck they have. I thought I gave a good description as to what I had to move and no one said that there was a good chance it would not fit on the truck. With respect to sending 3 men instead of two I suggest the third guy was not very productive. It looked like this might have been is first move. The two guys worked hard and did a good job but I must say I was disappointed there was so much stuff left over to move.

Setting up the move was pleasant as the office staff were professional and courteous. The move went smoothly as the movers were professional and knowledgeable. We did have some issues/concerns. First, after the move we noticed some scrapes on a piece of furniture and secondly, we found a chip in one of the pieces of our furniture after the move. Thirdly, we noticed that they missed a couple of screws when they assembled our bed frame. Other than that I cannot think of anything else that went wrong. They were efficient and were punctual with their arrival and moving.

The movers were prompt, listened to what we needed with our move and took extra care with our furniture as if it were their own. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

I made the decision to hire movers a week before my move and I am so glad I did. By the time I factored in the cost to rent a truck, gas and mileage costs, not to mention the hours of time family and friends would need to put in, the cost was totally worth it!! The staff was wonderful to work with from start to finish.

I cannot say enough positive things about my moving experience with Two Men and a Truck. Years ago I saw what a great job Two Men and a Truck did when moving my in-laws so there was no question of who I would call when I moved. All of the employees I dealt with, either by phone or in person, were very knowledgeable, helpful and just plain nice.

I really was anxious and overwhelmed about this moving. I did not imagine the hardship of it because I am an international student. Two Men and a Truck made it so easy for me. The movers’ care was stupendous. Thank you for making my move so smooth and easy. I would definitely use their services if I ever want to move and I would recommend their excellent services.

Everyone I dealt with at your company was helpful, courteous, calm and just lovely. The movers were fabulous. Brett, Javier, Marco and Mo were happy, enthusiastic, continually helpful, took great care of our "stuff" and just a delight. They worked hard and efficiently and were in a good mood about it all (we weren't - we were stressed out). The move went well (and it was a long one - took 9 hours for a local move) and they were absolutely great the entire time. Even at the end, they didn't rush off, but made sure they had done everything they could for us before they left. I've already hired your company again to move some furniture we bought yesterday. I can't say enough good things about the entire experience and the movers. I have already been singing their praises far and wide.

Moving team was excellent. This experience was better than any past experience with you. They protected/wrapped furniture to be sure. They were understanding of the confusion caused by Assisted Living staff which was beyond the mover’s or my control and which disagreed with the written instructions. Movers were exceptionally courteous as well. Great job!
