The moving team was awesome ! They took special care wrapping and moving my antique furniture. They moved me on a day when there were torrential down pours all day but that didn't hold them up.

As always, the team that helped me move was efficient and professional. I continue to tell my friends and family how happy I am with the service provided. This is the 4th time I have used your company and have never been disappointed.

Daniel and Jose moved my furniture on September 11 and my belongings on the 19th. Some items were taken to my new place and some were taken to my garage so family could pick them up with ease.
I found Daniel and Jose to be capable, courteous, and conscientious. Several family and friends also noted their work ethic. Thank you for the care extended to my things and the polite way you interacted with me, my friends, and family. I would give Daniel and Jose marks beyond excellent in all categories.

I was disappointed in how long it took the movers to move 7 items. I had 2 king beds, a twin bed, 2 dressers, a couch, and a chair. It took almost 4 hours and we were only 4 miles from house to house. The quote I got was for the whole house and they thought that would be 3-5 hours and we moved 90% of the stuff before the movers came. I felt like they were milking the clock because most of the stuff was already out. We had a large file cabinet that needed to be moved from the basement of the new house but decided not to have them move it because that would have taken them another hour which is unrealistic.

I had another moving company do my last move and it took 5.5 hours for the whole house and it was 30 minutes away from the new place.

I was really dissapointed that the crib was taken apart. I didn't mind so much until I found out that we had to be the ones to put it back together. I wish I'd been told while doing my estimate. I would have been more prepared. I loved the men that came out. They were wonderful and made our move go smoothly. They are a great team and were thorough, communicated everything with us and hustled. I will be using Two Men and a Truck again.

The quoting and scheduling process was great. Everything was clearly explained, especially for the first time using a company to move. The movers were also excellent. They were friendly, efficient, hard working, and skilled. I had 100% confidence in them.

The follow up on the back end was terrible. There was some damage to my house while moving out. I moved out on a Monday and was told that it would be fixed by the end of the week. The new family moved in the following Monday. I heard nothing from Two Men and a Truck through the week and my calls and emails were all ignored as I tried to line up the repair. Finally on Friday afternoon someone got back to me and said that they will not be able to fix it this week. That is poor service to correct you air and unacceptable communication.

The men moving my belongings filled the truck and there was still things left to move. They offered no other solution but for me to move the rest myself. Since I have a truck and saw no other practical solution I agreed. This turned out to be a more than I could handle and I had to ask friends to help me. I would certainly advise anyone using your service to pay more attention to how much they have to move. The fact that I may have more to move than the movers can get on the truck was certainly not a problem I thought I would have to concern myself with. I am not faulting the men. They were very efficient and courteous. I think you need a better method to determine how much a client has to move.

Our moving team was AMAZING. They were professional, responsible, and incredibly easy to work with. We would work with all three of them again in a heartbeat. We were also impressed and grateful that they were able to transport a piano from a third location at a relatively small cost. Thank you!!

Movers arrived on time. Were very courteous and very efficient. Never stopped working from the moment they arrived until the moment they unpacked. They were very prompt in arriving at the new home location (actually arrived before us). All of the furniture arrived safely and in same condition as they picked it up. Very careful with wrapping everything. I was very impressed overall.
The office staff beforehand handled all of my questions very courteously and professionally. Excellent service!

The movers damaged 5 out of my 6 desks. Then they took apart one of my desks is it would not have to go down the stairs for an extra 1 of week.
It was a total disaster and I will be calling today about the cost to either fix or replace my damaged desks. We have moved with you before with ZERO damage and these guys had no clue what to do.
