The movers were very slow and the truck was not able to fit all of our belongings even though half of our house was in storage. We pay by the hour and therefore think the movers should go at a faster pace. And being in more than one small piece at a time. Also the bed took longer to take apart and put back together because the movers drill wasn’t charged. At one point a mover only brought in a small cat toy!? Because they moved so slow they weren’t able to make a second trip. So then we had to find a trailer and move stuff ourselves. Even after we paid $1300. Unacceptable! I won’t be using Two Men and a Truck again.

Daniel and Mark came ready to move the basement items from our home. They carefully used blankets and wrapped them with a wide saran wrapping which gave me confidence that the old furniture will be well protected. We were able to keep the blankets to then return at a later time. A great service. These men exceeded my expectations when they gave an amazing try to bring up from the basement 2 large oversized handmade cabinets. It was truly an acrobatic feat. No one could have ever done this without their strength and amazing team work as they communicated directions between themselves. I am so thankful for their hard, quick and careful work. The two movers were outstanding. They had a great attitude and made quick work of everything. It was absolutely worth every penny. I would definitely use this service again.

I'm so happy that Two Men and a Truck offer unpacking services, as well as in-home furniture moving services. They are so helpful. I would use them again if I need help either within my home, or moving to another location. The movers are very conscientious, and courteous, and I was able to schedule their services when I needed them.

MISSING ITEMS, DESTROYED ITEMS, BROKEN CORNERS ON FURNITURE AND WALLS. THEY HAD 2 TRUCKS AND 4 GUYS AND THEY NEVER BEGAN TO FILL THE SECOND TRUCK UNTIL THE FIRST WAS DONE. IT TOOK THEM 8 HOURS TO EMPTY THE HOUSE, AFTER MY HUSBAND SPENT 5 HOURS EMPTYING THE GARAGE IT TOOK THEM LESS THAN A HALF HOUR TO LOAD THE SECOND TRUCK. THEN THEY LEFT SAYING THEY WERE HUNGRY. LEAVING US TO FILL MY JEEP TO THE ROOF AND HAVE US AND 2 DOGS RIDE THE 91 MILES.

Just want to share that the two individuals from your company who performed the move itself were simply sterling in all ways.

Moving is a stressful time. The crew made it fun while working hard and carefully to move everything in a timely manner.

It was the worst moving day I've ever had. They up and left before they were done. I had talked to managers that assured me they were coming back. We ended renting a Uhaul st the last minute. We were closing on our home and had a deadline and they new that. Never ever would I recommend them. If they dont like what there doing they leave.

Our move was an in-house event to prepare for floor refinishing. The young men assessed the space they were moving the furniture into, which made for an efficient move. They talked with each other about the best way to get the job done. They were great. We look forward to their return visit to put things back in place.

We had a good experience. Team Leader Malcolm facilitated a smooth pack and move. We were very impressed with speed and efficiency of the team.
