I called the Madison number, talked to Becca who was positive, professional and listened and reassured any concerns I had. My experience with Ray and Armando, movers was extremely professional and made my move a positive experience. Terrific! They were here about 2 hrs. early due to previous comment changes, but called ahead to make sure that it was ok with me. It was and they were here within the hour. The 3 piecs turned into 5 pcs. No problem. All heavy pcs., a solid wood desk and glass top, mathing credenza, and bookcase. Followed by a reclining leather love seat and a matching reclining leather chair. They moved them all to our basement which involved a very difficult compressed 90 de turn at the bottom of the steps. The basement door is only a 30" door, but fortunately I had removed the frame as we were changing the 1st floor doors, anyway. So they had a whole 32" to squeeze everything through. They completed it in less time than planned, damaging nothing, with patience, and very professional attitude.

Very personable guys. Driver had a problem negotiating my driveway because of the snow & got stuck twice. My neighbor got them out the first time & instructed them how to get out but the driver must have thought he could make the curve without going up & back several times & got stuck again. Nice guys. I felt sorry for them. Hopefully a lesson learned.

Very nice team. Mike and Milan were very courteous and helpful, even taking away some of my big boxes for disposal and doing what it took to get a difficult sofa into my basement. Would highly recommend them and your company.

I called them but unfortunately the move was partial because of elderly confusion. They were very good about unloading the truck and putting everything back in the apartment. Hats off to a professional mover resolving an embarrassing moment! Very well done. Thank you, and the crew.
