Working with Tiffany was great! Her response time was fast. The movers were polite and professional. When I electronically signed the forms, I didn't notice the $100 fee for valuation. I found out what that was when Ryan called and went over the bill. There was absolutely no reason for my company to insure a couch that was taking a 10-mile trip. Tiffany said she'd talk to her manager about it.
