Very poor experience overall. The movers who packed the pod damaged 7 different items including two foot boards, custom made shelves, and more. When other movers opened the pods to unpack things fell out right away creating additional damage. They remarked that the other movers had done a terrible job packing the pod. I hope your company will work with me on a solution. The stress of this on top of moving is unacceptable.

Very dissatisfied. Dented the entrance door. Forgot file cabinets and other articles. Had to hire another mover to complete job, because they didn't answer the phone on moving day. My treadmill has a missing part that I am waiting for them to find and send me or replace the part and cover the cost. When I called, the manager was not pleasant at all. Would never recommend.

movers were fast and efficient - a couple of bumps and scrapes on the furniture but nothing unexpected with moving in general and better than expected given how fast they were working ... this was a very much appreciated service - thank you

They did a good job overall. They did put a tear in the leather couch though. We called and reported it. Hopefully they will fix it.

The men were awesome. I am grateful for all they did however they packed my patio cushions next to a queen mattress and it ruined the mattress. The cushions were soaked inside from rain and they didn’t realize it. In the past my moving company would have wrapped my mattresses in plastic bags. I also had a very expensive king size tempedic mattress get stained and a little wet as well. This was more disappointing to me because my tempedic was just purchased a year ago. I would like t recommend that you get your teams moving straps or harnesses. They work great when moving large furniture and takes the strain off the movers body. The men were absolutely professional at all times and again I’m very grateful for their hard work but I’m tossing out a queen mattress.

We were quite unhappy with our experience. You came very highly recommended and my moving team failed. They loaded our second truck very poorly leaving us with having to make several trips with our own truck. They missed moving 3 patio containers I clearly pointed out needed to be moved. They damaged our amor. When unloading at our new home, they left numerous boxes in the garage that we anticipated would be delivered to the rooms as marked, leaving us to have to make many trips from the garage. The guys seemed to be rushing to be done by 3pm when we had them booked until 5pm. I realized they saved us $, but we had to do the work. Also, I called to complain, and was told someone, the GM, would get back to me and I've not heard a word. Not a good experience, will not use again. Cal & Damon

Excellent guys one issue with a mirror that was cracked in transport.

The 2 men that came out were very nice however, they were very very inexperienced. It took them 3 times as long to get anything done which is a problem for customers since I’m paying by the hour. They had no idea how to move some of the large heavy pieces. They didn’t know how to unstack laundry and as a result broke the connecting piece and the screws were pulled out from the top of my washer leaving holes in all 4 corners of my machine. They were not strong enough to ease the dolly down the 2 steps in my garage and as a result, broke my stair-overhang. Since my house is on the market we had to hire a handyman. He had to cut off the overhang, sand, buy paint and paint the entire stoop. Neither had filled out paperwork before, so while they fumbled their way through it - I WAS PAYING THEM!

The movers stole some of my change from a dresser drawer by not wrapping it and wrap and took it out of my drawers and then wrapped it up after. They did this all right on the truck. They also took their time so that they wouldn’t meet the minimum required hours that I was quoted. They brought things that we’re not supposed to be moved.

The guys worked very hard. Only negatives were black marks and dents (almost a tear) on the sofas; drawer pull missing from drawer; door frame scuffed. Overall, very satisfied.
