The movers did not put on foot booties as they walked across my living room carpet. I noticed a few markings/dents on the head and foot boards of my bed and the wardrobe. Surprised the movers didn't use lifting straps for the heavy pieces of furniture.

A sculpture piece I made was broken in several parts due to a box being set on top of it. The sculpture didn't have a lid and it was protruding from the container. I was very disappointed with that. Then I saw my dresser in the closet. It has a lighter wood inlay around the edge of each drawer. I think they must have saran wrapped it and it pulled a lot of the inlay off. It looks so ugly now. I will send pictures of both to make a claim. As for the walls they look great and didn't bump into anything. The office people were super!

Unhappy with handling of expensive furniture. Set dining room table on edge on concrete. Broke glass in concatenate. Have not heard from them in two weeks on my gun cabinet.

They messed up a couple of my pieces of furniture... just sayin... there are scratches and dents in them... but stuff happens

Fantastic! I actually left a crystal wine glass in a china cabinet by mistake, but the movers were so careful that the glass arrived at the new house intact - standing upright in the cabinet. The office team gave me excellent advice for how to prepare for an efficient move and the moving team was fast as well as careful. My only critique: I did find a few dings on door frames at the old house that I needed to go back and touch up.

Movers did an excellent job on everything except the mirror on our dresser, I pulled out the dresser to plug in a light and the mirror was loose
and the only screw in it was loose and fell out. So know I have a dresser that I can't move without the mirror moving and could fall.

We r missing a tebo remote and no one knows where they put it! When we called the office the receptionist was rude. We needed to order a new one .

They scratched three spots in the hallway. Only wanted to fix those little spots. So now I’m suck repainting the walls myself. Their policy doesn’t require them to paint the entire wall they damaged. Just what I want to look at for the next 5 years: spotty painted walls. I thought the reason you hired movers was so they didn’t scratch your home/ belongings. I could have done that myself.

One of our pieces was damaged. They said we would be contacted within 72 hours--we still have not been contacted?????!!!!!

One of our curio cabinets was damaged and I called yesterday and did not get any answers They took our cabinet and we would like to know when it will be fixed and returned in the shape it was when they picked it up to move it
