The estimator showed up on time, the staff communicated the process, they called ahead to let us know they were on the way, they showed up on time, they worked efficiently, they were courteous and polite. At every point along the way you told us what you were going to do, then you did it. Very good experience for us all around. Thanks for making our office move go so smoothly.

The 4 men moving team took time to learn the layout of the house we were leaving and the new house to make sure items were placed in the correct place. Movers asked questions and made much appreciated suggestions as to placement of items and furniture.

The two moving guys did an excellent job. They were very quick and efficient. And they managed to get all of our stuff in the truck, which I was very skeptical about. However, I did see them load some of our belongings and I felt that they could be more careful in handling. I saw them just throw stuff on top of a pile with no regard to what it was. But, they still got a tip!

Our movers, Mike and John were very cordial, professional and personable. We would definitely use them again, and recommend to others. Thank you for a great service!

This is the 5th time I've used TMT and as usual they did a nice job. There were a couple of issues, however.
I did not realize until I returned to my old apt. the next day, that they had left a number of things behind. I had told them to leave the cleaning utensils, for obvious reasons, but the large faux tree that I have was still there along with the key to my grandfather clock and some other miscellaneous items.
The other annoying issue was that they put all the boxes marked "Master Bedroom" into the master closet, so I had to haul all of them back out again to unpack my clothes.
On the other hand, they were very accommodating when I asked them to move things around.
Overall, they did a good job and I would use them again if, God help me, I would decide to move again.

Our experience with 2 men and a truck was exceptional. They were patient with requests to put furniture where we wanted. They were careful and did not rush to just get everything in the house thus avoiding scraping or damaging walls and woodwork.

Very kind and helpful drivers, they went above and beyond to get everything organized neatly and carefully!

The two movers were very friendly and helped make the move more enjoyable.. definitely would recommend both men. Thank you ????

Crew really took their time moving things. Always stopping to talk in the back of the truck. Sometimes carrying small things in only one hand when they could have taken 2 things. Would not take many items like childrens toys that are pretty big saying they didn't want to break them. Now we have to make extra trips just to move them. Just overall slow. I am 58 years old and me and 1 other person moved the same items including the couch loveseat and recliner that they didn't even have to move in less time. Just disappointed that it should have been done in the 4 1/2 hours I was quoted instead of the 6 hrs it took.
