I am always pleasantly surprised at how professional and genuinely nice your staff are. I wish I could remember the names of the 5 guys who helped us, but they were all wonderful. They were patient with our need to swap stoves with my parents' house down the road, and extremely careful with "the beast" (their term), my solid mahogany upright grand piano. Thank you gentlemen!
