The 2 men packed their truck in 30 minutes in Green Bay. Friendly and respectful to me and my belongings. They unloaded in an hour and easily put most boxes in the basement.

They were very careful with my furniture and moved at a good pace. Very friendly as well.

The estimated cost was 21% lower than the actual cost. I expected it to be accurate. The dispatcher contact was excellent and appreciated. However, the two men sent to move the two items, were the BEST! Hardworking and respectful of property.

We had a interstate move from Oshkosh to Milwaukee and early in the moving process the two associates indicated they might have to take more than one day to complete the move. I was in contact with dispatch right away to add more labor to unload, but it was not possible, so I ended up helping unload at our destination. Need improve processes to determine the correct number of resources.
