They tried on. The hottest day to move everything. Unfortunately, they over sold themselves stating they could take everything from the large unit and small storage units. They made 2 trips but could not load the small storage unit. Because they said they could do it, I canceled a Uhaul and 2 contract workers for the following day. Now I have get a Uhaul and find loads/unloaded again. Dissatisfied

Team showed up and ready to work, they really were complimentary with us being organized and ready for them to move as efficiently as possible. Very friendly team and seemed to work together very well!

One thing I may mention is that the language got a little harsh at times. But I can understand when you are moving things with steps and turns etc. :-)

Cody and Randy, you were terrific! You had good suggestions about where things should go when I was not sure. You were patient and kind and worked very hard. You asked the appartment manager's permission to use the back entrance instead of the front door, which saved you steps and decreased time charged to me.

I am very pleased with my experience with Two Men & A Truck.
The only thing is they scratch the wood floor moving my bed frame. Still waiting to hear what you are going to do about it.

The office staff was nice and answered all my questions. They made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. The moving staff was phenomenal. So professional and efficient! Not to mention they made moving such a breeze and made it look easy. They were also very nice, courteous, and took really good care of my belongings including furniture. Would definitely recommend them and use them again!
