The overall experience was EXCELLENT. The office staff & scheduling was perfect. There was a ton of care taken to keep everything private and secure. The guys that did the moving were so kind and very careful. We really enjoyed working with them. They were extremely personable, professional, thoughtful and good.

The movers arrived 10 minutes early. We did a walk through and they immediately went to work. The two men were very professional and respectful of my belongings.

Everything about this move with you all was seamless. Right from the beginning when the office staff answered ALL of my questions, calling to verify we were still on track, calling to confirm when the truck was to arrive. HUGE shout out to the two men who moved my stuff- so organized, respectful, efficient. I highly recommend.

The office staff was courteous about getting the details straight, and accommodating changes that happened. Crew was unable to move treadmill. Crew broke part on treadmill when trying to lift. Office gave me two disconnected phone numbers to call.

Crew scratched our newly refinished hardwood floors. Was told I would receive a call the next day. Have not received a call.

Very satisfied with the job the 3 men, Brandon, Shane, and Micah did with my move. They were very strong and quick doing the job so efficient. They handled each piece of furniture very careful and had wrapped in the plastic!! Did a great job for me!!
