My first time using Two Men and a Truck and I was delighted with the my customer experience. Everything happened as promised and there were no surprises at all. Office staff and movers were very polite and professional. I've been in the service industry for 26 years so it was really nice to be treated exactly how I tell my staff to treat customers. Moving team was very professional and worked hard.
Office team was great to work with.
The one gap was that we ran out of time and didn’t get everything done. This included adding a 2nd crew for 3+ hours. I am not sure where the miscalculation of time estimate occurred. I was as clear and detailed as possible on what I had.
In general, you guys saved me a ton of hard work and time and for that I am thankful

Matt and Vince were amazing. So kind and professional throughout the entire move for my husband and myself. Even our parents who were here helping us were utterly impressed by their efficiency and politeness. Highly recommend them in the future!

Overall was excellent. We had 3 guys originally because of some extreme heavy items and there was one third guy who aparrently was new from 9 weeks and he walked off the job after 3 1/2 hours complaining it was too much for him not even helping with the extreme heavy items. The other 2 guys were so good about it and managed quite well so I really commend them. They also fit everything in the truck when I thought we would need 2 trips or 2 trucks which I thought was so talented on their part.

The movers were really nice and worked at a constant pace. They were very patient and helpful when my wife asked them to move a few pieces of furniture around our living room a couple times to determine where we wanted it. They were very careful with our stuff and the both houses. We were very pleased with how helpful and efficient they were.
