I'm moving team was amazing. From the moment they arrived to the moment they left. They were very courteous and respectful. They were willing to do anything we asked them to do.

I thought the "travel time" was built into the cost of the pricing but it was not. I got charged "portal to portal".

Moving crew was excellent. Had scheduled to have a gun safe moved but and was given a 600 lb limit but was not informed that the weight included h body weight of the movers was part of that limit which would greatly reduce the limit. The safe was not moved. However the rate was reduced from a 3 man to a 2 man crew.

From the office staff to the crew that moved us, I was very impressed with Two Men and a Truck. The two young men who did the moving were personable, professional and efficient. I wrote their names down so I could request them when I move my items out of the storage facility. Unfortunately, I can't find the piece of paper I wrote it on, otherwise I would have included their names in my review. I hope you keep records of which crew does what move because I would want them to move me again. I will happily recommend Two Men and Truck to all my friends.

Unfortunately, We had two items broken. One was a TV which was identified by your team. They assisted us in completing a form to address this concern which would replace the TV. However the other way a desk which the top piece / wood surface was pilled off and screws were stripped thus allowing the desk no longer to be functional. My guess is someone lifted the desk just by the top piece and pulled it offer, demanding it for future use. This was not shared to us by your team and was found after the team had left.

The two gentlemen we had were hard workers, helped us above and beyond to get our move completed. I am totally impressed by the service and your ability to deliver.

It was a pleasure working with Two Men and a Truck both in interactions with the staff at the office as well as in the moving process. Everyone was patient and kind, and always communicated clearly.

Showed up on time and were very professional and explained all that was going on. Took great care in the move not to damage anything.

It is wonderful to have a team that actually arrives on time. And works until the job is finished.
Part of this job was to move extremely heavy safes. This was done on a 90 degree high humidity day like they did it everyday.
Things were put in the exact places they needed to be.
I appreciated the quick and efficient way the entire job was handled.

the team leader was very good. He was confidant and capable. The two men working for him were in too much of a hurt and didn't take enough precautions with my things. They didn't strap my washing machine in tight and As I was saying "wait wait" and the manger was filling out paper work and said " you guys wait for me" they started to take it down the stairs and it fell off the dolly smashing a hole in the wall and slamming the washer onto the floor getting dented and scratched. It landed so the corner of the control panel was hit. we had to cut the tubes to get the old washer out and since the shut offs to the old washer were stuck shut and the team had no tools they had to cut the tubes and until I can get a plumber here, and possibly an electrician, I can not use the machine. no tools
