Those two guys were like hero's to me. Can't begin to tell you what their service meant to me. Moved everything I needed and were very professional and friendly.

Your men came in and went straight to work. They were very conscientious of our needs and cost to move. They were professional and treated all of our employees with respect.

I used Two Men and a Truck 20 years ago, when my wife and I move from a rental house to this house. That first time was when the company was fairly new, what's a less than remarkable experience. This time was better, however, still leaves room for improvement. I am not a professional mover, yet I was having to make recommendations to the young men. I also thought that they didn't have all the tools that they needed. I have a very heavy entertainment center, which was down in the basement. I actually loan them the back straps to carry it up the steps . I warned them about the false bottom, and they still managed to break it off. The service crew reattached the broken pieces. As was my 1st time 20 years ago, the crew didn't having enough experience. Clearly, 1 crew member needs experience.

The movers, Mike and Tyler, worked very hard and were professional. They accidentally dropped a hutch buffet and it was damaged. They owned it and apologized, (especially the “smaller” man, who did most of the talking). We know how badly they felt and it truly was an accident. The company responded very promptly and are fixing. We appreciate that. The only other thing was when we went back to the house that evening, we discovered they missed a 2 drawer file cabinet and small bookcase in the 3rd bedroom (closet area) and an area rug in the sunroom. We got them without difficulty, but just a friendly reminder to check the rooms before departing. We hope this is our last move, but should it be needed we would call your company again. We would also recommend you. Thank-you.
