The office staff were efficient and helpful. The movers were curtious, efficient and fast..important when working with a tight moving budget!

It was hard to fill out this survey because one of the movers was very professional while the other not so much. There was a young man (said he was a college student who only did this for the summer) who kept lifting his shirt up because he was hot and he was very dramatic about how much he disliked moving things. He was still cordial enough but obviously didn't like his job. Also, we had brand new carpet installed days prior to the movers showing up and I had to remind them to wipe their feet -- and they didn't put anything down to protect the carpet. Not sure if that was our responsibility or not but more care could've been shown in this area. The younger mover also bumped a few things into the wall and was not always careful.

Excellent job by everyone involved in moving my 94 year old mom into an assisted living home. I called the office on Monday August 6 to see if it was possible to move Mom on Thursday August 9 and the gal at the office (yikes at this second her name escapes me--so sorry) was so efficient and kind about the move. Within minutes we had the move all set up for Thursday. On Thursday morning, I got a call saying the truck could come at an earlier time than we had set up. That was great news as it gave us more time on the unpacking and set up at the new address. Our movers Jared and Cody were wonderful! Kind, courteous, efficient and careful--I can't say enough great things about how great they were. That whole team needs a raise!

We thought they did a good job! I think they could’ve been a little more efficient with their time. It took a couple hours longer than we planned & they still didn’t fit everything in the truck they had. They had to stop for gas on the way (took us off the clock) to our new place. It was a 10 minute drive.

The experience prior to the move was good, and everyone did their job. But the move experience was excellent. The team leader was outstanding and the team worked fast and very hard. We couldn't have been more pleased.

Other than one scratch in a dining room table top, the guys couldn’t have been more professional, courteous, and accommodating.

Still waiting to hear from your insurance company regarding damage to my refrigerator and new hardwood floors!!! Once I hear how they will take care of the damages I can comment more on your service. First damage occurred on July 19th and second damage (on floors) July 31st. It is now August 20th. Lynn

Wouldn’t hesitate to hire Two Men and a Truck again. Excellent service, excellent office staff, and excellent care of my property.

moving team could have use more communications at times, some items should not have been packed, where others should have been. Over all they did a very good job.
