The office didn’t call me and let me know that the drivers would be two hours late. The office didn’t try to offer a customer first response until we called again from a different phone. I’m glad they took $40 off my total bill, but this still cost me 2 hours of me and my boyfriends day dedicated to moving. Two damage claims were filed and it’s been a week with no contact from your team.

Moving team awesome, great job. Very happy with them. However office person Donny really ruined my experience. I tried to communicate with him on multiple occasions through email and phone calls to let him know that my move time would be very different than planned. I tried to get him to change time of arrival. He refused, was rude, wouldn’t listen, condescending. Awful. Ultimately I was right.

This is the fourth time (once for our daughter and three times for us) over the last five years and although we don’t plan to ever move again if we did we would use Two Men and a Truck again. Dealing with their office has always been very easy and their moving teams have always been professional and courteous.

I was very concerned because si.e of the pieces were so heavy but the young men handle this job very professionally.
They were efficient, polite, and very friendly.
They made this so easy.
I will definitely use your service again.

The team arrived on time and were very friendly and helpful.

Showed up on time and got right to work. The guys were careful and considerate . Finished the job in less time then expected. Great to work with!

Our antique secretary was broke by one of the movers. They left a bed and a crib that was supposed to be moved. When I walked out to the truck because nothing was being brought in the house. The two men were folding their blankets in the truck instead of moving our furniture they still had half the truck to unload. We are not very happy.

I was very pleased with the 2 people that were sent on the job. Furniture was moved around very efficiently and carefully. I would definitely call on this company again in the future. Well done by both sent to the job.

The moving team was Amazing! They turned a normally stressful task into a great experience. I will be using this company for any future moves.

I've used you guys for a couple of moving jobs now and I'm always impressed with the work and the folks doing it. Nothing but good interactions with the office staff and the people on the ground. I appreciate you all and will be calling again before long I'm sure.
