Everything went really well and the communication was great. There was a little confusion when it came to billing that we got corrected. I would recommend using an automated billing calculator instead of by hand, would make it feel less like a guess and more calculated. The overall move experience was great.

Our movers called within the window of 12:00-2:00 and let us know that they would be to our home by 2:30. They arrived right at 2:30. They did a walk through and figured out what order they would pack items into the truck. They were good listeners as we explained what we wanted and needed done with our belongings. It was raining all day while we were loading and unloading the truck and they did have to put our couch down and one end of it was soaked through. We completely understood as this is a very large and heavy couch. Also, our couch sustained a small tear in the move. However, the company is responding to our damage in a timely manner and we appreciate that very much. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our moving experience, and we would hire this company for future moves.

We found a few items from their previous move with our things. A few broken items but overall they did a good job.

There were four areas that were damaged during the move. My wife's dresser leg was broken and not fixed very well. A large gouge in our stairway wall from the dresser. We paid to have the hole repaired. The first scratch was put on our very expensive dining room table. My wife offered to have them use the pads we had but they said the blankets they had would be enough. It wasn't. The used a dolly moving my wife's dresser up the stairs fo our new house and left red paint marks from the dolly all the way up our stairs. Hasn't been fixed or responded to. It would have been easy for them to remove the drawers and make the dresser much lighter. They could have then carried it up. Overall, bummed we paid that much money. The person on the phone said 4-6 hours and it was 8-9.

Great guys and hard workers! I found a small scratch/chip in one of my chairs after the move, but other than that (which may not have been caused by them), they did an awesome job!

I had multiple pictures broken, my family members had to help the movers. Not worth the price I paid.

The movers were awesome and moved our stuff to our new place. Appreciated the help and definitely will use them again.

Absolutely wonderful! Moving is hard to do with u have a baby. They made things so much easier and stressed free. They were extremely helpful and respectful. I will most definitely let's other know about this great company also if I need to move things again they ate the one i will call!!! My truck team was way beyond awesome!!
