Although the original sales person Corey we contacted was amazing, the sales manager took forever to contact us to confirm everything (I had to call), but that was ok. The moving team was exceptional. They were courteous, professional and fun. We would definitely recommend them.

These two guys were very efficient. They really hustled but also cared about their work. Everything from wrapping the furniture, putting it in the truck and unloading was very carefully but quickly done. I was impressed.

The team showed up on time...and did a great job in getting our furniture out of the old place....and into the new place. They worked hard and were very good at what they did. They were professional and listened to our concerns and questions. When we move to our permanent home (we are in a rental now) we intend on using your company again. The team made the move as painless as possible for my family.

Overall the moving team worked very hard and I was pleased with the effort and speed - a couple of areas of disappointment:
1. Nothing was laid down on the floor at the new place to prevent floors from getting dirty. This is a knit but when you are moving into a new place and everything is clean it would be nice to keep it that way past the move in.
2. The furniture in the apartment was wrapped well but the same care did not seem to happen with our furniture in the garage. Plus one of the drawers was removed from a dresser and not protected in anyway, ultimately the finish on the face of the drawer wound up getting a little beat up.
Overall I was pleased with the service however given I paid a premium for Two Men and a Truck I had hoped the items above would not be an issue.

Front office staff was friendly and professional at all times through scheduling and move execution. The moving team was simply the best we've experienced in 5 assisted moves over about 40 years. No previous moving company has taken as much care in protecting personal goods from pack, load, transport and unloading. Thank you kindly for a job well done ...
