I have used this service before & had a wondering experience but this time was subpar. Service seemed slower than previously, they lost a shelf of mine, and left a lot of things behind--a giant tv box, a black pad/blanket, and a roll of tape. They also dirtied up my freshly painted walls in a couple spots. I've reached out via text regarding my missing shelf & items left behind, no resolution yet.

My husband and I were SO pleased with our move! From Rachel and Kim in the office to our whole moving team (led by Kendall) we had a seamless and easy experience. It was an extremely hot day (Heat index of 110 degrees). Never once did any of the six-man crew complain. They were helpful, easy to work with and SO hardworking.

The three men who did my move were very nice, but after they left, I found damage.
I expected them to enter my home through the front door . They chose to enter through the sliding glass door. I asked him to use the front door because it was wider. They damaged the Anderson sliding glass door.
They damaged the stairway in many spots, taking one corner spot all the way down to the metal. Bad!

Anthony, Conner, and Jeff were AWESOME! They treated us and our furniture and highly valued property with respect and TLC! Their professionalism and work was exemplary.
