Rob in the office was my contact for setting up my move. When I asked him 2 weeks before move date if this company provides a way to transfer my clothes on hangers to save me from packing them in boxes. Rob said "yes, we can wrap them in large quilts that we use." On move day, both movers came and told me those quilts are used to wrap furniture and items that have peoples pet hairs all over and I would get the hairs on my clothes. We contacted their office and their manager agreed to bring some wardrobe boxes, which would cost me $12 ea. I was angry. Chris, owner/manager came with wardrobe boxes. He understood when I explained my concern about taking time to pack clothes and if Rob had been more clear and detailed about the quilts, I could have been prepared already with wardrobe boxes I was upset to fnd now I had to buy the boxes. Chris was courteous and offered to not charge for the boxes and to help me pack my clothes, which he did. The 2 men who moved me were personable, very courteous and supportive regarding reasons I was upset and angry, good manners too .

I have used your services before and have been very pleased. For some reason this time seemed to be a a bit of a challenge. Not sure if it was the property. You have moved larger items before and we had no problem with items being broken. In addition, it took longer and I had less stuff than my previous moves.

$300 to move one room of furniture 20 minutes away seems extreem. I understand you have overhead, the movers labor to pay, gas, the truck, receptionist, insurance, even the things like the electricity bills and employee restroom at the work site. $150/hr just feels like a lot. I couldn't imagine what it would cost for a fully furnished house. I don't think I could refer anyone to you at the cost I paid.

I also requested a quote via your website but never heard anything, I had to call and when the quote I was given was higher than expected I was given 10 minutes (at 2- something P.M.) to figure it out or I wouldn't be able to get help that afternoon (because the movers would be going home early) or the next morning (because you couldn't move anyone at 8am)

I definitely would like to say that the staff I interacted with were polite, especially the movers, they earned the high ratings I gave

The two guys that moved my large pieces of furniture were friendly, worked quickly and did a great job overall. I've already recommended Two Men and a Truck to my other friends!

As usual the service was perfect! We needed 2 large, heavy pieces with glass, moved. The guys were punctual, efficient, and protective of the furniture. They carried it up our driveway (amazing!) and safely set them up. Great care, reasonably priced. We called because of the AMAZING experience with our whole house move 2 years ago. The best in the business!

I can't find my estimate but I'm pretty sure I was quoted $175/hr for 3 men and one truck but 4 men showed up making it 200 something an hour. They showed up a little after 8 and finished and left the property at 12:57 making it 5 hours but was charged for 6.5 hours so I did not know we would have to for them to drive to my location and then back to the lot. My husband said that it seemed like the guys were goofing off some, with one even telling the other to slow down. Overall it was an ok experience.

The team was very professional, prompt and handled everything with care. We did have some damage to one of our items, but the damage report was filled out and ther next day the value was credited to our account, very straightforward and no nonsense. We had also ordered wardrobe boxes but they weren't on the truck but we found a workaround. I was extremely impressed with the movers speed, efficiency, enthusiasm and work ethic. They also seemed to be genuinely happy in doing their jobs. Will definitely recommend this company.
