Ryan and Sh (can't remember his name - it was unusual) were very professional, efficient and took very good care of the furniture. They were very good at taking it apart and building it back as well as laying it all out as requested. They had to movie it from a 3 story apt to a 2 story apt and really worked hard in the heat. I would highly recommend your company and Ryan in particular!

Julian, Mario, & Tajon are AMAZING! They were rocking & rolling from the moment they arrived, were super friendly, and so professional that they barely stopped to rest for a minute when we offered them drinks. They knew we were on a tight schedule to unpack my baby's room before her daycare let out and her crib was one of the first things they unloaded. They finished ahead of schedule and even moved our washer & patio furniture a second time when we weren't happy with where they were. Nothing was damaged and they everything (even our $5 end tables) with respect and care. I think it was Tajon's first day, and neither my husband nor I could tell, he was that awesome! Much appreciation and thanks!!!!

The moving team was great. They were fun, helpful and hard working! The communication at the beginning of the process with the quote and the expectations. This could be done significantly better.

The movers arrived on time. They were extremely efficient in moving me out of my old place and into my new place.

Jermaine, Steven and Jersey were amazing. They moved everything to my new THIRD floor apt (no elevator) in 90 degree heat and were efficient, capable, kind and personable during the entire time. The office staff were great as well. Thank-you!

Everyone did a great job! The movers had a great attitude, were motivated, hard working, quick, and re-assembled my furniture upon arrival to my new apartment. The company was easy to reach by phone, had availability, and happily answered all of my questions. Would recommend this company to anyone planning a move.

I moved 16 months ago and had a decent experience with the same company; this time was awful. Movers arrived not knowing they were going to move appliances (that's the main reason we hired someone), brought no tools with them, and sat down to wait while I looked for tools instead of continuing to load the truck. Two sets of washer hoses and hardware for a big desk went missing, nothing was reassembled, piano was banged into the side of the house leaving holes in the siding and the piano now has scuff marks and dents. We were charged for more than the estimate (though we moved less than we planned), offered very little recompense for all these issues, and haven't seen a refund of even that amount. It's been almost a month and I am tired of making phone calls to resolve this.

we had 3 movers (chad, roderick and Larry) they were great! did a great job wrapping things up for shipping. they where friendly, professional did an amazing job getting all of the furniture into 1 storage unit! very efficient. I would definitely recommend 2 men and a truck and I would definitely recommend the 3 men that we had that day. I appreciate the office staff working with me on getting me moved out on such short notice it was a life saver.....
