The crew that came was great - my apt only had one small elevator but they made it work (I'm on the 3rd floor). The only downside was one of the young guys on the crew specifically told me that tipping is highly encouraged (because they get paid every 2 weeks - which is typical at most jobs). When I talked to the head of the crew (I had to run out to an ATM) he seemed slightly embarrassed that the young guy had mentioned it. I'm not against tipping by any means, but it did feel kinda forced. The same crew member also struggled to figure out how to take a bed frame apart (took me 30 seconds to figure out how) & almost placed a box spring upside down (I was there to correct it). Minor issues, and the rest of the crew was AWESOME- I'd recommend the company again.

My two guys were amazing to work with and got my items moved quickly but carefully. Only had one hang up while trying to get a quote I had to call several times. Always being told a message would be left for someone else. Overall I am happy with my move.

I had used TM&AT previously, for a move (July 2017) from Baltimore, MD to Richmond, VA. The two moving men were absolute gentleman, and very professional. All details were covered from the office staff, timing, phone calls notifying of arrival etc. Move time was 8:30 - 2:00pm approximately.

HOWEVER, the move felt like it took FOREVER. I did this exact same move from Balto to RVA July 2017, and it was done in the exact same time frame 8-2. Which obviously inclued travel time. This was a local move. I felt it should have taken way less time.

Our experience was less than acceptable at first. The moving team was running behind by hours but the office staff did not inform us of this. Our move was severely delayed. This affected our entire day. However, when the team arrived, they were great. We had Julian, Sherman, and Carnell for our move. They were efficient and they managed to transport all of our belongings without any damage.

Jonathan & Shelton were very professional. Took time to explain & have paperwork signed. Courteous. Would recommend

We have used two men and a truck several times in the past and have always been satisfied. The movers on this last job were prompt, efficient and friendly. I definitely will use two men and a truck again for an upcoming move.

Experience could not have been more positive. Both office and work crew confirmed the appointment in advance, the crew arrived on time and worked very efficiently and carefully. The moving process is inherently stressful, so really helps to have a crew this good.
