I feel so bad for my movers. They had come to my move five and a half hours late after finishing an 8 hour move. They were exhausted, so my move took longer than I had hoped and required my family to step in and help. The movers themselves were fine. I am disappointed in the office staff for 1) failing to communicate with me on the late arrival of my movers when I frantically called and only got voicemails and 2) would even ALLOW these movers to do my move after having such a difficult, long morning move. This reflects poorly on the management for failing to communicate and for failing to look out for the wellbeing of their movers. I would not have heard from ANYONE had the movers not called me themselves to make sure someone else had been sent - just to find out that I had not.

The men arrived on time, were careful with the items they moved, were helpful, were careful not to dirty the floors in either the old or the new homes, were cheerful (even when I asked them to move a couple of pieces of furniture to different rooms when I saw how they looked in my original plan), and were very professional in the entire process. My moving team was 3 hrs late d/t a truck battery. Never got a discount for that. My team was wretched. One guy was completely incompetent, scratched my walls and railing. The other I tracked down and was smoking in the truck. They were ridiculously slow, drawing the process out. I had to call the office repeatedly. A manager was sent to help and it picked up a little. My couch and other fabric valuables were filthy, covered in something from the truck. I was then told I wasn't going to be charged for 3 guys, which never should have been a question as there were only 2 for the majority of the time. I don't feel like I was given a good discount. I had planned on giving a good recommendation to my friends about 2 men, but now I will never use them again. It was truly an awful experience.

Denzel and Robert were right on time, polite, efficient, and very helpful. They accommodated a couple of extra requests and were very pleasant the entire time. I would definitely use Two Men and a Truck again, and would ask for Denzel and Robert. Thank you.

Everything went perfect as far as the office staff that came to give the quote, he was very honest and answered all of my questions. The movers were great and did an AMAZING job. However, it was not expected that an 8 hours job (as told by office staff) would end up being 13 hours which were no fault of the movers themselves but whoever handles the scheduling and getting them out to the job. They were short 1 gentleman that never showed up, the supervisor was sent with two new guys in which at least one it was their first day, and a truck without a lift but had a ramp with all of our office equipment including a 300-350 lb copier. The gentlemen that showed up and moved us were great and deserve more than just a good job form you guys as yes it is their job but they went above and beyond!

Two Men and a Truck is a professional moving company who stands by their estimates and truly cares about their customers and property. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck and will use them again for both personal and business moving needs.

Both men working my move were professional and helpful. They answered every question I had and were happy to walk me through all the paperwork and exactly what would be happening during the move. They went above and beyond to make my move as stress-free as possible. If I move again I would definitely use Two Men and a Truck again!

Unfortunately, my experience with Two Men And A Truck was disappointing on a few levels. Not only was the estimation of my pack and move way off the mark, but I was treated very disrespectfully by several staff members.
